Where is the "Manual" for the new Moire tool

Good Morning,

Am I entirely stupid as I cannot locate the \"manual\" to explain the Moire' Tool in 3.7.2-first Impressions are that it \"bleeds\" surrounding colours for their density.

  It is there on the web site, buried a bit... under Support and then Documentation all the way to the bottom.

  Thank you Keith, yes that explains it nicely--plain colours are well remedied--mixed checks/multi taffetas not so successful-but it's certainly an improvement over the existing DeMoirize Tool.
