Problem purchasing LE.

GOD what a pain in the *** to get a message to Phase One.

I am trying to BUY (as in GIVE THEM MONEY) LE as an upgrade from the D-Rebel version. It asks for the old product key, which I entered and it continues to ask for the product key. It will never move to the next step.

Here's hoping someone who knows how to fix this will see this and give me a response. WHY is there no direct email avenue to submit these kinds of questions? I have to do it publicly and HOPE someone sees it who can help? Unbelieveable.

  since this is the user to user site, you will need to email dslrsupport@phaseone.com. Support people from Phase do check these boards, however it is not the main site for support.
