Phase One: PLEASE HELP!
I have just installed Capture One on my 2x 12\" Laptops.
In both instances I was not able to call up preferences. I tried to throw out my preferences and re-load the software. Still no preferences.
Also when I tried to download a CF card from my P25 or EOS1DS MKII the card would mount on my desktop but I was not able to download it directly into Capture One. I even wiped my Hard Drive and clean installed the Mac OS. Then installed V3.6, Still no preferences!
The solution that seemed to work on both machines was to load up V3.5 download a CF card into that and then Quit and open 3.6. It then seemed able to read the CF cards.
Can Phase One please explain this? For the same thing to happen on 2x different machines, one of which had just been wiped and only had the basic Mac OS X software on it.
This would appear to suggest a problem with the Capture One Software? Will the software be stable now it seems to be working?
I have just done a bit more testing, after throwing out the session folder from my hard drive. Capture 3.6 once again refuses to download off the CF card. So I will probably have to download into 3.5 again. Then open 3.6 etc etc.

same problem on my 15\" powerbook G4 os 10.3.7. I don't have 3.5 and 2.9 crashes after alittle while. 0 -
