    Thats really simple.
    Put the sliders to zero and save it as default.

    And in case you are not that familiar with CO4, saving as default can be done by clicking on the small triangle you find in the section header of Noise Reduction and select 'Use as Default'.

    Note that not all adjustments have a Use as Default setting. In case you like to apply an adjustment setting, you don't have to do that to each image individually as you described. It is not that bad! Copy and apply the adjustment to a another image or selection of images is quicker.

    But you forgot one step; you have to close the program and re-open for those settings to "take".

    I think the new default only automatically applies to newly opened images (when CO4 creates the settings files).
