Can you send crash report to Phase One as we are user to user support forum, and you will get much clear response from them, then trying to guess what went wrong in your case.

Thank you. I have done that. Twice, I think 😄.

Did you send an automated crash report or did you create a Support Case?

If you want a personal response you need to create a Support Case.

    HTH.

I get an immediate crash if I try to import anything other than all images in the import dialogue. The workaround for me at least is to copy the files somewhere, and delete any that I do not want to import before running the import dialogue.

My crash dumps have also been send to P1. In general, I have been very unhappy with C1 v9 which aside from crashing suffers numerous rendering delays and massive CPU spikes on my Mac. Clearing out cashed state manually from /Users/Shared/Capture One helps a bit, but the problems soon return. It also takes ages (20-30s) to open a catalogue on a local SSD with only 2.5k images present, which is eternity if opening a catalogue with a client.
