Thumbnails from videos / Slide Show time interval

Hello,

I am testing Phase One Media Pro at the moment and have some questions. Perhaps someone can give me some help...

1) Thumbnails from video files.
If I remember correctly, with one of the earlier versions of this software (iview or microsoft) it was possible to choose the frame of the video file that you would like to use as thumbnail (you could play the video, stop it and use the frame that could be seen as thumbnail for that file). Is this possible with Phase One Media Pro? How?

2) Slideshow
I select some images and click Make -> Run Slide Show. The slide show starts and generally works. But the pictures change every second. How can I set the time interval to 5 seconds?

    This seems to be specific to 1.3.
    Downgrade to 1.2 to get functionality of the Slide Show intervals back. I've reported the bug to our programers.

    The download (using safari) gets to "displaying the software license agreement and then hangs. This happened also when I bought 1.3, but the second time works. I now have two hung downloads,

    Well, the third time worked --- 3 license agreements were displayed and all downloads completed -- and it did fix the problem.

    BTW Drew, where can I submit feature requests. I've been using the program (back to iView version 3, at least), and I have quite a few. Thanks.

    😄 That is a simple problem for me. I use Kvisoft Photo Slidehsow Maker to create video slideshows.
