Process Button Bug AGAIN ??
Ok
I have selected 90 raw files to process and I click on process at the bottom of the window afer selecting my output. and Only one file processes. WTF, this was a problem in the 3.7 beta and it still is a problem now in 3.7 1625.

I have the same problem see Batch Proces. If you click on the first image, hold the shift button and select all the images then proces is working well. But if you make a slection with the tagging option only one image will be processed.
this error was also on the previous 3.7 version but that was without the support of Phase One...0 -
Are you selecting the thumbnails you want to process and then moving to the processing pane of the \"Preview\" window to click \"process\"? If so, I think what you're seeing is not technically a bug but a new \"feature\". You can only batch process by selecting the images in the Thumbnail window and clicking Process in that window. There is some logic behind this change that I don't really understand. I happen to hate this feature and hope it will be changed. Other than this I think 3.7 is a big improvement.

Yeah, I'd love to hear this justification. Personally, I think if it looks like a bug, acts like a bug and smells like a bug, it's a bug. [quote="Riccc" wrote:

Yes, either way it does not process more than one image. Notice the lack of response by Phase on this question has to you tell you somethings up.0 -
The focus needs to be on the Thumbnail pane. Select all the files and click Process without clicking in the Preview pane. You can tell where the focus is by the selection color. When in the wrong pane, the selection frames are grey; when in the proper pane, they are bright blue (or whatever color you have specified).
If you still can't get a batch to process like this, there is another bug at work.0 -
See Ulf's response in this thread on the same topic. Sounds like they consider this to be a 'feature' 0 -
Here's my workaround:
1. Select/highlight the ones I want to process. The frame turns blue.
2. Complete all your settings.
3. Look over at the Thumbs that are selected. Make sure they have a blue frame instead of a grey frame. Do whatever you've gotta do to bring them forward, and make the frame blue.
4. Hit the Cog/Gear icon up in the toolbar.
This works for me every time. It ain't pretty, but it works.

Hello and Thanks,
I am new to Capture Pro (Mac version, which I like so much better then the Windows version) and am just learning how this program works. I too was having problems processing images. Thanks for all your input about how to process images. All my selections were gray until I read this forum.
I am using the dual screen mode and did not realize that the thumbnail window was different from the Preview window. Once I selected the Thumbnail window, all my selection turn blue and they were processed into jpegs.
I have spent all day on this problem, reinstalling the program twice, pulling my hair out trying to understand what was wrong and the answer was right here all the time. I thank all who figured this problem out and shared your knowledge with us dummies.0
