4.8.3 on new 27" iMac. No image or histogram?

    Please create a support case at support.phaseone.com. We are currently investigating issues specific to certain models of the new iMacs. If you could provide a system info file that would be a big help.

    Hi, thank you for your quick reply, I had already created a support case; the answer was that it's a sync problem, but I tried several lens/camera/cable combinations, always the same result. My back is a H 20 and it happens on both my iMac and MBP, just tried it with a G4 tower, same thing.
    Now it only does this when first connected, after 10 - 15 minutes it works fine and will then work all day. Any thoughts on that ?

    In your case I agree with the original supporter... the back likely needs service unless all of your lenses have timing issues.
