How to backup workspaces, kb shortcuts, user styles, etc.?

I am wondering if there is a more automatic approach to backuping user settings other than copying the files manually one by one? If I reinstall the OS do I need to restore those files one by one also?

Examples:
%userprofile%\appdata\local\CaptureOne\CustomCommands (keyboard shortcuts)
%userprofile%\appdata\local\CaptureOne\Styles50 (Recipes for User styles)
%userprofile%\appdata\local\CaptureOne\Workspaces (saved workspaces)

Anyone know where the application settings are stored?

  Use any kind of sync tool you like.
