Local Adjustments, Can't Load or Save Color Editor Preset

I'm having trouble saving or loading Color Editor Presets while in Local Adjustments.
I can save and load Color Editor Presets when in it's applied globally to the background layer,
but the Presets button is grayed out when I try it on a new layer as a Local Adjustment.
Any help would be appreciated.

  If you want to transfer a setting from one to another image the easiest way is to copy the LA from your source image to the clipboard and then apply it to your destination image(s).

  Please note that when using Local Adjustments layers, all tools that you can use in layers do have the preset functionality disabled. When you select the background layer, presets are available again.
  
  This is by design or intentional although I regret this.
