Odd capture naming

From time to time Capture One starts naming my captures with z's. For instance... zzz 35.CR2, zzz 36.CR2 and so on. It always happens when I am on a job and I do not have time to investigate. I get rid of it by restarting Capture One multiple times. What causes this? Thanks

  I've noticed that sometimes I inadvertently type control-c or control-v (command???) in the name area and the file names end up screwed up like that.

  Check the Next Capture Naming tool, Name field on the Capture tool tab if you are shooting tethered.
