communication with Phase One

I have been trying for more than 2 hours to figure out how to
simply register Capture One on my laptop...to absolutely no avail!
and in trying to get help...to solve this problem, can you contact support?
Heck NO!...Everything I have tried has led to a roadblock...they no longer answer e-mail...but send you to a support site where there is no category
for my questions...does this make me very happy with Phase One...you have to know by reading this I could spit nails by now...does any out there have an answer to getting through to this company?
