Processing slowing down Canon 6D

    What computer are you using? Processor speed?, Memory?, HD?

    Microsoft® Windows® minimum requirements
    • Intel® Core™ 2 Duo or better
    • 4 GB of RAM
    • 10 GB of free hard disk space
    • Color calibrated monitor with 1280x800, 24-bit resolution at 96dpi screen ruling
    • Windows 7® SP1 64-bit, Windows 8® 64-bit
    • Microsoft®.NET Framework version 4.5.2 (will be installed if not present)
    • A PDF reader is needed to read the Release Notes
    • An Internet connection is needed when activating Capture One.

    Apple® Macintosh® minimum requirements
    • Intel® Core™ 2 Duo or better
    • 4 GB of RAM
    • 10 GB of free hard disk space
    • Calibrated color monitor with 1280x800, 24-bit resolution at 96dpi
    • Mac OS X 10.9 or 10.10
    • An Internet connection is needed when activating Capture One.


    Have you tried clearing out your "Batch Queue" folder? Batch Queue is a history of what you have processed in the past. This will fill up over time and can slow down Processor.

    Make sure C1 is not open/running when cleaning

    Navigate to:
    Volume(hard drive)>User>Xxxxx(the user that your currently logged into)>Library>Application Support>Capture One>Batch Queue 8.2

    Another way to navigate there is: when in FInder - Menu Bar- Go- Hold down "Option" key. "Library" Folder will show up. Click on it and it will take you to the User/Library, from there navigate to Batch Queue.

    Also Repairing Disk Permissions may help. Note if you are running hdd you will need to do this more often (SSD not as often) Restart computer after running Repairing Disk Permissions.
