several questions mainly about tethered shooting

I am mainly interested in Capture One Pro for improving my tethered shooting and have few questions that I could not answer with research.

Tethering is working with my Canon 5d Mark3, but it has limited features. For example, is there a way to enable auto bracketing in manual mode? Is there a way to view the in camera level in live view? I searched and could not find an option to enable it, but the feature is available with Canon Utility.

For auto adjustments feature, I managed to make it work. It's really nice, but when I apply a crop, the entire image will show including the out of crop area which reduces the space available to display the part of the image in crop. Is there a way to show the crop area only?

This last question is unrelated to tethered shooting but I just want to confirm, there is no hdr blending tool is Capture One Pro like the one found in lightroom for example, correct?

    When you change the cursor tool from crop to pan or almost any other tool, you will see the remaining cropped area only.
