How can I get a reply from Support Team?
I wrote a topic below, about a Noise Problem that I've found - but there is still no reply from any one from Phase One team...
I can't contact the Support directly because there is a serial number required. But how can I buy the software if I've found a bug that is serious for me and that makes my job worse? It's rather strange with support, how we can test the new software and wrire about bug reports???

Don't understand the serial number requirement, have you tried to skip it? If you have an account (used for download and used for logon to this forum) you can log a case...? Am I missing something obvious (then I apologize)? 0 -
We try to ask for this since it helps us a lot in support.
If you dont have one, well then just write "N/A" or something.
Field does not check that content is correct, just that there is something.
I will look in to make this much more clear on the website.0
