no thumbnail, problem of C1 or Aptus-II

Dear support team,

Is it normal for Aptus-II 10R RAW files have no thumbnail when loaded into Windows or Mac system even in ver 11 ? But Credo's backs can .

Aptus-II 's problem or C1's problem ?
