    When you create an account we send you an email that contains a verification PIN code. When you log-in for the first time we ask for that code and until that code is entered, the account is not active.
    I have looked into your account and see that step was not performed, however I have done this for you. Seems you're all set.

    For your information, I never received a mail with a PIN code.
    Instead the following was received:

    "Thank you for creating an account with Phase One!

    Your login information:
    Username: michel.xxxxxxxx@xxxxx.be
    Password: xxxxxxx

    Please click here to activate your account.

    What can I do with My Account?
    - You can download software from Phase One: http://www.phaseone.com/download
    - You can view your order history and find license code information
    - You can update your profile to receive relevant information from Phase One

    You can always access My Account via the Login tab at the top menu of http://www.phaseone.com.

    Thanks again and welcome to Phase One!"


    Anyway, problem solved.

    Hello - I am having the exact same problem as the poster above, in that while I receive emails with activation links, clicking those doesn't seem to activate my account.

    Hmm, it definitely was not letting me log into the main site when I posted that, but now it does seem to be.

    I have the same problem trying to activate my account.
    Clicking in the link on the mail shows an empity page without nothing to 'click' to confirm activation.
    I have repeated the procedure many times, with the same result.
    I can only login to this forum.
    Can someone help me to complete the registration?

    Again, no errors on your account that I can see and since you're logged into the Forum there's no reason you wouldn't be able to log into your Phase One Account as they are the same.
