Crop outside and auto-fill the missing material
With Affinity Photo, it is possible to “crop outside the image†and auto-fix the missing edges. The link to the AP video is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JobBoyzgmh4.
While the filled material does not necessarily perfectly match to the original image, it is relatively easy to clone/blend it into a seamless scene.
Capture One has a similar crop outside the image capability, but with C1, Is there a way to clone-in the missing material, either manually or auto?

No.
The 'Crop outside' option is provided to allow images to be exported to PS/Affinity, etc, for the graphics processing type work that is the basis of that type of product but does not exist in products that originate as specifically RAW file converter developments unless the developers have integrated them at some point. Usually that would mean adding RAW conversion to a graphics editor tool that has been previously developed to cater for both artwork and digital photographic images pre-processed to recognisable images - such a jpg files from a camera or scanner or TIFF files from a film scanner.
HTH.
