printing problems

Hi

Does anybody have any success printing from Capture One?

I choose the paper profile in the dialog box, choose relative colorimetric & BPC. Color matching within the print setting is automatically greyed out indicating hopefully that Capture One is managing the color. However my prints come out dark & contrasty, the colour seems to be close though.

Exporting the file & printing through photoshop and the prints are perfect.

Any help much appreciated.

System is Mac Yosemite, latest Capture One 8 and Epson 7600 with custom profiles for each paper.

  Photoshop/Lightroom/CaptureOne Pro give pretty close result here. Did you choose the correct papier type in the OS'printers settings?

  One other thing I have tried is to choose 'Managed by Printer' and choose 'Colorsync' with the correct paper profile and it prints out fine.
  
  Also in the Resolution box the only option I have is Automatic or 360ppi

  Did you find out what the cause for the printing problems was?
  I also use yosemite and an Epson printer, and have dark prints but also incorrect colors. It seems that CO1 is not disabling color management in the printer driver.
