First aid in 'crash while process' is clear the history of processed files.
For contacting support, see the sticky thread on top of the forum screen.

I don't think CaptureOne is the direct cause of your crashing. CaptureOne though does push the computer to it's limits when
processing and puts the computer under heavy load thus revealing hardware issues that you probably wouldn't see normally.
Much like stress testing with an overclocked computer. I would bet bad ram or processor somehow.

Thank you for answering, but I am not used with forums, what is the sticky thread you advise me to click ? is it members, search ? and after this, what to do ? sorry to insist I have tried but didn't find.

No problem. The whole idea about the forum is Q&A. When you open the CO4/Win forum you see all the threads currently running, with the most recent on top. Well almost, because currently two threads are parked on top of the list, a.k.a. sticky threads. One is called 'Have a question, need an answer...', explaining how to contact Phase One support.
