batch output to multiple destination files

    No, there can only be a one Process to location is best set as the default of Always process images to associated image folder.
    The Windows platform is 'happiest' when a single location is set for all processing, which is why the default is best.

    I would suggest processing first, and then File Manage 2nd once images are created.

    When you output 3 file types from an image, the images will have same filename, i.e. Nora-01.jpg, Nora-01-1.jpg, and Nora-01.tif

    Once in the Develops folder, you could browse to this folder, Show Details and oranize by file type and move all the TIFs to location and then all the JPEGs as well.
