C1 4.6 lists tons of files that aren't there
Hi,
After v4.5 kept crashing and screwing up my PC I used 4.1 and now thought upgrading to 4.6 would be nice.
Directly after installing there were no problems, I was SO happy that sharpening was applied at every zoom stage now...
So today I open v4.6 and it found >300 pictures in a folder where there only were 80 - all others were displayed as "not supported" but I found no way of removing them.
I deleted all .cop files from $folder\CaptureOne\Cache\Proxies and all unnecessary settings files, started v4.6 again and all the pictures were still there.
This is so frustrating, every time I hope the new version will be a real final version but it's just like beta-testing.
Or could I have done anything wrong when installing the new version?
Simon

Can you copy your images to a new folder (images only) and see how CO 4.6 opens that folder? Is it only one folder which gives you this symptom? I don't understand the $ in $folder. And maybe some more info about your setup. 0 -
$folder stands for any folder. It happened in every folder I opened (but I think they were all opened in 4.1 before).
I would really like to do further tests but as I need a working program I downgraded once again. No time to play around with errors ☹️0
