Setting default adjustment parameters for a batch of photos
From a new user (soon to be made obvious) - please read on -
When performing the workflow on a batch of photos, is there an easy way to set default values for the various adjustment parameters such as white balance and sharpness, so that those values apply to all photos in the batch?
For example, I was working on 50 photos that were all taken indoors, and needed the standard adjustment to a preferred white balance I defined as \"Flash\". Furthermore, I found that a \"soft sharpness\" of 100 was a suitable starting point to sharpen the photos without causing other issues.
So my goal is to adjust all 50 photos to the same white balance of \"Flash\", and the same soft sharpness of 100. In doing so I save the trouble of making the same adjustment individually to each of the photos, unless a specific situation calls for a different value.
Thanks very much.

Make adjustments to the first image of a photo shoot.
This is typically a true gray card or Macbeth chart. Make WB adjustments.
Or in your case set to FLASH. With this \"master' image selected it will be outlined with White - select all the other images in the session you want to apply these settings to - they will be outlined in Blue.
Click the upper right icon of Tool Panel : Apply these settings to the current selection of captures... and apply. All images will take these adjustments.
On the Windows platform, you may adjust WB, Exposure, Focus, and Process and then at the Apply Settings window will display, and with the Only settings from current tab UnChecked, you can apply ALL these adjustments with a click.
