Webinar Issues
I have been trying to watch the recorded webinar's on Phase One's youtube channel but the audio and video quickly get out of sync making it impossible to keep track of what is happening. The video gets ahead by a long way. I have tried the different resolution options but it doesn't help.
These two are examples:
Why should I upgrade to Capture One Pro 7?
What Image management style fits my needs the best?
Has anyone else had this issue ?

I found a workaround:
I downloaded the Creative Tools In Capture One Pro Pt 1 Webinar from Youtube and played it in VLC. I could then press the F key and set the audio to -15000ms (15secs) to get the audio in sync.0 -
Hi Badger,
Yes, we have been experiencing some issues with Youtube playing back the webinar recording.
GoToWebinar records in a non-standard frame rate which YouTube struggles with, even though the original plays back fine.
I have been working on various different options of converting and uploading and hopefully today we have found a solution that works - if not its back to the drawing board!
Ill update here when we know everything is OK.

Hi again Badger,
I have fixed the audio issues and we will work towards correcting all links this week.

I've gone through PO YouTube channel and only found one recorded webinar, Transitioning to Capture One Pro from other imaging editors. Where can you find other recorded webinars? 0 -
Thanks thats great news. I attended a Webinar last night and they explained that they had replaced the videos now. 0 -
