import keyword text file

FYI:

it took me a while until I figured out how to successfully import a library keyword text file from a third party database system like MS Excel. One must save the the file as a

UTF-16 Unicode-Text (.txt)

this is out of Excel. Within Excel one can enter keywords in hierarchical manner using different columns and it perfectly imports into C1 9

example:

cell a1: location
cell b2: outdoor
cell b3: studio
cell b4: on-location
etc.
