Message for "JRA Phase" One

Hi JRA

Reference my post regarding a move from PC to Mac for Capture One 4.

I have tried to log a support case, however I keep being asked to fill in a mandatory field, this being digital back details. I use an EOS 5D so no digital back.

I have tried numerous times to get my support call logged but keep being refered back to "complete mandatory field".

Can you assist with this at all. From a personal point of view with regard my account, the only thing I have changed is my computer, PC to Mac, my other details remain as before the change.

    Hi PeterB,
    Did you fill in EOS 5D in the Camera Body field; this should allow to leave the digital back field open.

    Paul is right , also only the red arrows are required fields once filled out you hit the green next button you are on your way to creating a support case.

    Tried again this am (UK). Fill in first page EOS 5D digital back filed showing NO red arrow.

    Move to next page, click green button, move to next page click green button,
    message "complete mandatory fields" go back to first page digital back field now has red arrow?

    I thought it may be something to do with my fire wall so have removed all protection for this attempt, same result......sorry.

    I so want to use Capture One 4 on my newiMac, lots of images to sort.

    Sorry for your troubles. The last field on the last page for 'description' is a required field that needs to be filled out as well and the one you might of missed.

    Simple when you know how to read the instructions properly. I had assumed that description could be left blank, cause I'm thinking "description of what".

    I suppose that is a posh way of saying "fault", anyway I now have my number, great.

    But hey, life's to short to worry about things like this, I hope I get my Capture 4 back soon.

    Thank you so much for your gentle prodding, I'll try to do much better next time.
