Still no Nikon Tethering?
I've been waiting with great anticipation for C1 4 Pro with the hope of a decent all-in-one Capture/Processing solution with my Nikon cameras.
Still no love for Nikon users from Phase One. ☹️
What I can't understand is that a third party user can create a tethering script for Lightroom which supports Nikon cameras and other software shops can't make this feature happen. Also shocking is that the functionality is built into the MacOS somewhere - as Aperture also has Nikon tethering - and it's not there in C1 Pro.
If there's some technical hurdle that makes Nikon tethering impossible or simply unlikely, I would hope someone from Phase One would tell us that.
I got CaptureOne 4 with the thought of upgrading to PRO when the new version shipped - but only if it included Nikon tethering.

Hello, we are still commited to bringing Nikon tethering to Capture One Pro. It did not make the initial release due to time constraints, but we do expect it to make a future release. One of the problems all along has not been technical hurdles, but rather legal ones pertaining to the stipulations to use Nikon's SDK. 0
