License working for both Mac and Windows versions?

First of all, I apoligize for posting this here. The sales questions link in the FAQ leads to a 404 page:

I am about to purchase CaptureOne Pro 5.

Will the license allow me to use the software on my desktop computer and on my laptop which I bring on location shoots?

My desktop is a PC, the laptop is a Mac and I am wondering if the same license will work for both.

Would I need to de-activate and re-activate every time I switch between computers?

  The PRO License is platform neutral and allows for two activations so you should be able to install and activate Capture One V5 PRO on both computers simultaneously.
  
  There will be no need to de-activate/re-activate each time you switch computers.
