Hello

I have just upgraded to C1 v6, one of the main reasons was the loupe and the fact that it worked on thumbnails. In my case it only works on the thumbnails list and not Grid or Film Strip. I removed V5 per your instruction before the upgrade.

Is there a way to reset this?
Mac Pro OSX 10.6.5

    Works here in all modes too (on MacBook Pro, 10.5.8)

    Hi Drew,

    I have uninstalled V6 twice now without joy, it can also be difficult to change tools (seems to get stuck on loupe).

    Have you any other ideas I can try?

    Create a Support Case and provide a system profile as well as a Quickime Screen Record for a clear understanding of the issue on our end.

    Hi Drew,

    I've done a clean install following your instructions for Lion, which I am running.

    Loupe still doesn't work in filmstrip or browser modes, only file list.

    Running 10.7.2 on a Mac Pro.

    Suggestions?
