Error during style packs import
Hello guys.
I'm new to Capture one 11 (Windows 7 64 bits). I just purchased the Sony pro C11 Version after several weeks of use of C1 Express for Sony.
But I have a problem with the free sample packs provided by PhaseOne. No matter which technique I use (styles --> import, or direct double click on the .costylepack file), C1 always diplay me the same message : "Error during style packs import"
I thought that maybe the file was corrupted, so I asked several times a new download link, but it didn't change anything. I tried to unzip the downloaded zip file with another software (7zip instead of winrar), but it didn't work either.
Has anyone already encountered this problem? Any idea ? Thanks !
