How to show itmes from subfolders
I m a fashion photographer, while a look-book shooting I organize my job like this:
First I open a session with client name and date like Xclient_120131 while tethered shooting, and under this folder I open sub folders for every different dress like 001, 002, 003 or sometimes the client give the article number from the dress.
My problem is I can't find something (like bridge have) show items from subfolder bottom. Because sometimes I need to see all files under the "xclient_120131", apply settings to all images under all subfolders, compare different pictures from different folders. But couldn't find the way. I always have to go to the subfolder.

The answer is Smart Album. This is how it works.
Make the top level folder and all sub folders a Session Favorite.
In Session Albums, create one or more Smart Albums. Configure the Smart Album to display all images.0 -
Thx for fast answer, not a simple way to put all about 100+ folders to favorites and when you shoot 10 clients in month it makes 1000+ folders in the favorites, Omg. It would very simple to have a choice to see all items from subfolder on a temporary way. But I guess better then nothing. Anyway thx for your answer. 0 -
Alternatively, you can create a template session with as many sub folders as favorites as you like and duplicate that session each time. 0 -
Thx, I ll give a try. 0
