Lightroom Colour Tags not being imported into C1 ver 12
I have followed the video exactly but C1 only shows the LR star ratings. The colour ratings are not imported.
My LR version is 5.7. I have exported a LR cat and imported it into CI and no matter what settings I use the colour ratings do not appear.
The colour ratings show up in PhotoMechanic and DxO Photolab so obviously the information is there but C1 does not 'see' it.
Any help gratefully received.
Thanks

I have the same issue. No Color-Tags from Lightroom (6.13) will be imported to C1 ver. 12.
My solution: I select all images in Lightroom with the same color-tag an create a keyword for that color.
After the import to C1, I selected all images with the same color keyword an set the C1 color for all selected images.
The same way I transfered the lightroom marks, which I translated to a C1 color, because C1 has no marks.
Maybe this is a solution for you.

Import color tags from LR is no problem for C1 but there a 2 important points:
1. Your LR has to write metadata into file (*.xmp)
2. Color-tags must be have same names (strings) in LR and C1.0 -
Thanks to both for replies.
I thought it might be to do with XMP and strings. I set LR to write to XMP but I couldn't find a way to modify C1 colour keywords to my LR ones. Also as there are more colours in C1 than LR I wasn't sure how that works.
If you have a clue it would be helpful. I have no problem with LR and PhotoMechanic so must be operator error somewhere.
Thanks

I'm sorry I missed that.
I'm not sure now, but I mean LR do not write color-labels as string into Catalog. So you need now "read metadata from file" in C1.0
