    Hey,

I have this issue as well, just noticed it last night and took a mental note to investigate later this week when time permits.I initially thought I had made an error at some point when importing files to C1 or when adding metadata. If I click All Images at the top of the Library tab, I have 36 images that appear as follows:

    1970 (36)
    January (36)
    Thursday 1st (36)

I'm running C1 9, El Capitan and OSX 10.11.2 if it helps.

    Best wishes,
    David

    I'm having the same problem.

I'm running C1 8.3.2 on OS X Yosemite 10.10.5, the images I'm trying to change are JPG and DNG from a Ricoh GRII.

The problem I have is that my camera was accidentally set to PM instead of AM, when I started shooting in the morning. This means the time saved in the metadata of the images is off by 12 hours.

I've changed the Capture Date, Modified Date and Last Opened date using EXIFtool. The correct date and time appears when I look at the images in a Finder Window. The time and date are also correct when I look at the images in Adobe Bridge. However, there doesn't seem to be a way to make C1 display the correct time and date.

Problem seems to be that capture one is using exif data field:
    Date Time Digitized

and rest of applications (including photo mechanic, Aperture , exif tools...) use:
    Date Time Original

it would be really good if also capture one would use this same field for dates/times

I have been using tool called : "jhead" (java app) to correct all photofiles date/time fields in case of wrong timezone or similar time error, and this tool fix has been only way to keep files organized at capture one by date/time.
