  HI, I recently ordered an extreme III with the expectation I would receive a serial # for Capture 1 LE. I sent SanDisk an email enquiring if in fact I would get the software, and they responded with a somewhat appologetic response. Something to the effect, sorry for the confusion. Anyway they did provide me with a serial # for LE.
