Is there a Nikon D2X profile instead of a generic
Hello;
When I had my Nikon D1X Capture One had a specific D1X camera profile that I could use with my custom white balance.
Now that I am using a Nikon D2X the only camera profile that C1 Pro 7.3.4 has is a D2X Generic. What does generic mean and is it as good as a \"specific\" D2X profile like the D1X had in C1?
Thanks for your help!

Bill,
When there is only a selection of 1 profile for a camera, it is termed Generic
Options are to Customize this generic to you own liking using the Color Editor of the PRO version, or to purchase 3rd party profiles.

I have to agree that the default D2X profile is very disapointing. The problem
with the third party plugins is they don't exist. I've been waiting for over a year
to see Magne release one for the D2X but when the last 5D was release
just shortly after the camera was released I gave up on seeing a D2X profile.
I've actually gotten much better results using one of the phase one profiles under the color management settings.
