Capture One 7.2 won't import TIFFs

A bit more information would help: what happens when you open the Import Images dialog and browse to the folder with the TIFF files? Do you see any image?
Note that a global filter exists in CO7, which allows you to suppress TIFF files. The global filter is also enforced on the import dialog. (View menu > Global Filters).0 -
I can't see the TIFFs, I can see all the RAW files and JPEGs though. I have set Capture One to accept/display TIFFs (it is standard?) 0 -
What is the color space the TIFFs are in? CO7 can not import/open TIFFs in L*a*b color space for example. RGB is no problem of course, CMYK and Grayscale are readable, not editable.
Any other specifics about the TIFFs perhaps?
If this does not shed any light on the issue, I suggest you'd better open a case with Phase One support and upload a file.0 -
I have also been having this problem - just upgraded to 7.2.2 and have tried importing tifs, as well as just copying them in to my capture folder - neither way works.
A few versions ago there was never any issue with viewing/working on tifs... Global filters are all switched off - tif files are RGB...
quite annoying as I will now have to go to Photoshop... to mimic the styles of adjustment I need to make...
anyone found a workaround to this?
many many thanks for any replies!

I've been having this problem even in C1 Pro 9.
It turned out that Capture One can't import tif files with the Pixel Order, in the tif saving options, set to 'Per Channel', it has to be 'Interleaved'.
This finally sorted out a whole batch of unrecognised tifs.0
