CO will not launch on El Capitan Part 1 of 2

I realize that OS X 10.11 is beta, but unable to launch CO.. Here is the crash report:

  We removed your crash report since it was massively long and is of no benefit for anyone.
  
  Mac OS 10.11 will be supported once officially released.
  We have started the work for this but full support can not be done until final release has been done by Apple.
  
  We do not recommend any one to use El Capitan until final release has been done from Apple and a version of Capture One which includes support for 10.11 has been done by us.

  Photography, which Capture One is a part of for me, is too important for my emotional and mental health. I would be very sad without Capture One so I will not risk upgrading to the latest beta.

  So even since it is a Beta
  does it run faster or slower i heard that it was 1,5 times faster working with photos
