honw to activate the Pro version, help

Hello I’ve purchased Capture one 5, I have a product key and I activated the program, recently I’ve purchased the Pro upgrading (I have a new product key) but… I cannot activate the program, I don’t even know if the program is on my computer
If someone could help me, it would be wonderful

  Did you already try to de-activate it and activate it again using the new registration key?
