...and the customer support contact is blocked: will not permit log-in even though when I try to sign up again for new account the page says my account details already exist in the database...

    Your Profile is in an Invalid State since it was not completed correctly and was not confirmed by you.
    Look for a Support Case arriving to inbox from NoReply ~At~ phaseone.com
    and we'll get everything straightened out.
