Quick Proof error message: Failed to export preview:
Hello;
I am using C1 Pro 3.7.3 with Windows XP. Sometimes (this afternoon for one) when I use Quick Proof to create thumbnail files for pose selection I will get the following error message for one or more of the files:
C1 PRO
Failed to export the preview:
D:\\Sessions\\2255_.021.jpg
You may be out of disk space. Do you want to continue?
Yes No
I know I am not out of disk space as I have 195 Gb of free space. I defraged the drive this morning and the error message happen this afternoon.
If I try to do Quick Proof a second time only on the errored file I get the same message.
Does anyone have an idea why this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks for your help - have a great week!
