C1 Pro & LR2 dng's

Just installed LR2 for archiving but it seems that C1 PRO 4.8 cannot read dng files generated by LR2? Is that the case?

    CO 4.x supports lossless compression when converting raw to DNG. I am not familiar with LR2, but are there parameter settings like compression?

    I'm using C1 v4.8.1 (not pro) and this has no problem reading DNG files created in LR v2.3, or using the separate DNG converter (same converter 'engine' I believe) - The only thing I notice is that all of my DNG files look cr*p in C1 🤬 If I want to use C1 I use the original CR2 files.
