Focus Mask
Just installed Capture One 5.1.2 on an Intel iMac.
I uploaded some RAW files into a session from my (new) Panasonic GH-1.
I've followed the 'workflow' and 'getting started' videos and I have one immediate issue.
Focus Mask is not visible, seemingly under any circumstances.
I can toggle it on and off (focus symbol in toolbox turns red when on).
I thought my first pics might have no area properly in focus, so I shot a couple of images with the camera in auto focus and with lots of graphic detail.
I've changed all the settings in preferences, then back to default, then back to the most sensitive settings.
But nothing.....no focus mask visible on my main window or the thumbnails.
Help.
I'm a real beginner so I'm probably missing something very basic.

Sometimes the focus mask does not work in a particular type of raw file depending on the information Phase One has received from the manufacturer. This happened with the Panasonic G1 for example. You could address this question directly to Phase One in a support case if you like. 0 -
Thanks.
OK I will.
(The GH-1 is listed as a supported camera).0
