How do you customize your screen?

From reading the manual, it appears you can customize the C4 screen. From the manual, it says, "Open Customize Window". Ok, but there is no "Customize" icon or menu choice available anywhere on my screen. From looking at the manual, it appears the icon should be a crossed tool symbol. I have no such icon. Has anyone else been able to customize their screen?

    Sadly, this is clearly a Mac only option.
    Something that I have moaned about in another post already!

    Gee, nice of them to not to mention that little tidbit of information in the manual! I can add the time wasted trying to figure that one out to the time wasted hitting Shft+Ctrl+B instead of F8 several hundreds times a day. 🙄

    Same here.
    The pics are of a MAC so i guessed that users of the superior OS are being left out again 😉
