Web contact sheet not generated under OS X 10.8.1 (solved?)
Late last week I upgraded from OS X 10.6.8 to 10.8.1 (Mountain Lion).
Today I have repeatedly tried to generate a web contact sheet (one that I have generated many times in the past) for the first time since I upgraded to OS X 10.8.1 but it fails. I'm using Capture One Pro 6.4.3, the latest release.
Visual evidence of the problem is that the contact sheet preview within Capture One doesn't generate, with the pane where it should appear blank and greyed. If I click on either "Cancel" or "Export" the contact sheet window merely closes.
As a possible solution I have checked all file and folder permissions. This did not resolve the issue.
This problem has bad timing since I need to generate the final contact sheet before tomorrow!
Thanks if anyone can help resolve this problem.
Peter
Update: a few hours after original post. I re-installed Capture One and it seems to have resolved the problem.
