Pack as EIP Greyed Out

Hi,
I want to use EIP files, but the "Pack as EIP" and "Unpack EIP" options are greyed out. I have an image selected in the bottom -right pane, and I have tried setting the explorer pane to either show the images by session or folder, but nothing seems to work. I've checked my preference as both "EIP" options are checked.

What am I doing wrong?

    That option/feature is available in sessions only, not in catalogs.
