RAW Colour Temperature Problem
Whenever I use Capture One to process RAW images taken with my Sony NEX-7 the colour temperature appears too high by about 500K. The camera is set to auto white balance and the white balance in Capture One is set to display as shot. The photos nearly always look too warm so I have been lowering the colour temperature to match my perception of what looks right.
Interestingly, when I view the same images in Lightroom 4 the colour temperature is displayed as being 500-600K lower than shown in Capture One, resulting in a more normal appearance. While it was nice to have confirmed my suspicion the C1 was showing too high a colour temperature, as the two programs are working with the same RAW files how is this possible?
I much prefer Capture One to Lightroom 4 and I won't be switching just because I have to move the CT slider, but I'd rather I didn't have to.
Has anyone else noticed this?

I have noticed that both LR and CO often have different temperatures and tones in a default, auto, or as shot mode. But I have see where one is sometimes hot, or the other cool, or visa versa. I have also seen them the give a similar look even with different temperatures.
I have just written that off to different conversion algorithms, and I don't worry about it.
I often convert by grey car, then adjust to my eye.0
