LE install errors out

Hello All, I'm finally getting around to installing the free SanDisk C1LE on my new Mac Book Pro. However, after downloading the software and attempting to install it, it errors out. Is anyone else haveing this problem? Any suggestions?

  Thank You for the response. The error is:
  Error = Error -60031 executing installtool

  Suggest using Safari, disable any Pop-Up or Firewall and download
  a Fresh copy of the LE version.
