where do I get my product key?

I purchased Expression Media and then when I went to use it I'm told it was a trial and it needs my product key?

What's up?

It is a simple question but this seems to be the only way a customer can contact PhaseOne.

    You should have received an order confirmation e-mail. The product key is listed there.

    You can also access it in your order history by logging into the Phase One site and opening the invoice in your Order History.

    I'm assuming you bought a download from Phase One—if this is an old retail Microsoft package, it uses huge product key sticker like every other Microsoft product.
