Roundtripping to Photoshop Elements
Hello,
REALLY trying to avoid the whole PS Creative Cloud Involvement; but did want to have some PS editing capabilities. Photoshop Elements has a reasonable amount of tools with an easy buy-in. Problem:
the web app goes to an unknown (by me) location. is it possible to find it thru "open with"? it would save me a couple of steps.

The web app? you've installed Elements? probably find it stored in C:\Program Files\Adobe\ 0
