3.7 crashes upon double click in Tiger?

Just downloaded 3.7, and it crashes straight away upon double-clicking on my Dual 1.8 G5 running 10.4?

Any idea?

fyi, the old version 3.6.1 still works well though.

  figured out the problem, I need to remove all my old prefs, now it works fine.
